Breaking news: An English Man is walking from Falmouth to Canterbury with his labrador to inspire others to do the same!
Alan Macmillan Orr, author, and sailor is walking The Great English Way, a 400 mile cultural, historical, and spiritual pilgrimage from Pendennnis Casrle in Falmouth to Canterbury Cathedral on 1sr May 2026 with his labrador Hari to celebrate the inauguration of The Great English Way.
Asked why he was doing it, Orr replied that it was important to him to uncover the history of the land that he lived on, and that long distance walking was one of the last peaceful activities that had no negative impact on others and the land, and hoped others would get out there and explore this wonderful land.
